Prerequisites: This is an accelerated course. Attendees are expected to have some hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft Office, firewalls, SSL certificates and public-facing websites. Exposure to Microsoft Active Directory will also prove beneficial. If you do not have access to Office 365, please create an Office 365 trial account on which to practice now.

Administering Office 365 for Small Businesses Jump Start

This special course is offered to individuals interested in acquiring the key skills to administer Office 365 for Small Business clients and is especially designed for Microsoft partners excited to achieve a Small Business Competency through an Office 365 certification.

Microsoft’s Small Business Competency team and Microsoft Learning have listened to your feedback and agree we need a new Office 365 exam tailored to the needs of SMB partners! This Jump Start will prepare students for this new exam: 74-324: Administering Office 365 for Small Business.

The popular “Jump Start” virtual classroom approach leverages two experts and an engaging team-teaching approach. We’re excited to introduce you to Chris Oakman from Eastridge Technology and Stephen Hall from District Computers—two Microsoft partners with real world experience and proven success implementing Office 365 for SMB customers. Chris and Steve will deliver this 200-level course via an accelerated, demo-rich learning experience. Hands-on Labs will not be provided.
